Vaccine clinics
I’ve been grousing about WHY ISN’T THE PROVINCE VAXXING FASTER, but I think I understand why now.
- The max day of 82K? That might not have been a the one-day result: it might include doses from previous days which just didn’t get logged properly. (On Thursday, the province logged 93K doses, and it is such an outlier that I have to believe it’s lumpy data.)
- The province is doing a lot of pop-up clinics. I bet those are not as efficient as the big fixed-location clinics. That probably reduces the number of doses per day they squeeze out.

This article said that there was exposure in the Cabana Lounge nightclub in Vancouver between 1 July and 4 July. Sigh.
