Flu is still going up, but more slowly. RSV is still slowly slowly going down, COVID-19 is holding steady or maybe going down… but there were almost no COVID-19 deaths this week! (Or the Province’s reporting is messed up, that’s always possible.)

Percent positivity

In the most recent data (ending 8 Feb) as reported on 13 Feb 2025, among influenza-like illness (i.e upper respiratory diseases) cases the province has test data for:

  • 65% were influenza A or B;
  • 16% were RSV;
  • 5% were COVID-19;
  • 5% were entero/rhinoviruses;
  • 5% were “common cold” coronaviruses;
  • adenoviruses, metapneumonia viruses, and parainfluenza were all under 2%.
