There was a large outdoor gathering in the Interior. (It looks like on the grand scale of things, it probably wasn’t that dangerous, but def in violation.) Fines were issued.
Vaccinations
This tweet says that the young adults have registered in droves for vaccination!
I had assumed that once you got down to the 20s and 30s, people would lose interest. They would think that it wasn’t a great benefit to them.
Oh how wrong I was. Interest is super high all the way down!!!
Note: not everybody who has gotten a shot is in the registration system, which is why for example the 80+ cohort is so low.

Today: +194 cases, +2 deaths, +45,029 first doses, +16,923(!) second doses. Currently 246 hospitalized / 70 in ICU, 2,662 active cases, 140,238 recovered.
We have a backlog of 616,437 people who are >8 weeks to get second doses.
We have 481,914 doses in fridges; we’ll use it up in 8.7 days. We’ve given more shots than we’d received by 11 days ago.
We have 355,784 mRNA doses in fridges; we’ll use it up in 6.5 days. We’ve given more mRNA shots than we’d received by 11 days ago.
