Flu A is down, Flu B is up, and COVID-19 is pretty much holding steady. RSV was down only slightly, but the overall trend is downward.

In the most recent data (ending 7 March 2026) as reported on 12 Mar 2026, among influenza-like illness (i.e respiratory diseases) cases that the province has test data for:
- 29.4% were RSV;
- 35.1% were influenza A or B;
- 10.9% were COVID-19;
- 7.7% were entero/rhinoviruses;
- 7.3% were metapneumonia viruses;
- 6.9% were “common cold” coronaviruses;
- 1.3% were parainfluenza;
- 1.3% were adenoviruses.
Wastewater
The wastewater looks as noisy as ever. Maybe COVID-19 levels are going up, maybe they are staying about the same.
