From the Viral Respiratory Outcomes page (updated 26 Feb 2026 with data through 21 Feb 2026).

From the Viral Pathogen Characterization page:

Influenza A has fallen so far that part of me wonders if there’s a data error. I’ve never seen it in single digits before, even in the summertime.
I think RSV has peaked. COVID-19 might be on the rise, but it’s kind of half-hearted about it.

In the most recent data (ending 21 Feb 2026) as reported on 26 Feb 2026, among influenza-like illness (i.e respiratory diseases) cases that the province has test data for:
- 43.9% were RSV;
- 11.1% were entero/rhinoviruses;
- 16.1% were COVID-19;
- 9.1% were influenza A or B;
- 8.3% were metapneumonia viruses;
- 5.9% were “common cold” coronaviruses;
- 4.1% were parainfluenza;
- 1.5% were adenoviruses.
