Flu is definitely still going down. Everything else is making small enough moves that it’s hard to tell if it’s noise or part of a trend.

In the most recent data (ending 7 Feb 2026) as reported on 12 Feb 2026, among influenza-like illness (i.e respiratory diseases) cases that the province has test data for:
- 37.9% were RSV;
- 25.8% were influenza A or B;
- 10.4% were entero/rhinoviruses;
- 10.3% were COVID-19;
- 8.0% were metapneumonia viruses;
- 3.8% were “common cold” coronaviruses;
- 2.6% were parainfluenza;
- 1.3% were adenoviruses.
Wastewater
Wastewater levels are maybe going up, but maybe that’s just noise? It’s so hard to tell these days. Regardless, levels are as low as they have ever been since Omicron.
